4. API Keys and Bring Your Own Key (BYOK)
If you utilize the Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) functionality, you agree that you are solely responsible for the security, limits, and usage of your own API keys. We are not liable for any charges incurred on your personal third-party accounts (e.g., OpenAI, Google) as a result of using our platform.
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Daloy Tech Solutions, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
